SUBMISSION POLICY

To submit a "letter to the
editor" to the Clipper, the letter must be 250 words or
less in length. All |
| correspondence must be signed.
The Clipper will not print unsigned letters. |

The Clipper is published
every three weeks by the students of Seaman High School. |
| |
The goal of the staff is to report school
and community news and suggest ideas for improvement. |
| |
We welcome your opinions and will
do our best to publish what you have to say. Views in this |
| newspaper do not always represent
those of the staff, faculty, or the school board of U.S.D. 345. |
| |
The Clipper reserves the
right to edit or refuse publication of material that is libelous,
vulgar, |
| irrelevant, or disruptive to the
educational process of Seaman High School. |
